Our fee:
At $1375. ours is the most expensive teenage driver education program in the United States. (and well worth it)
If our fee is an issue for you, it would be wise to consider an alternative program. (all of which are much cheaper)
There are MANY, MANY driver education programs in Seattle.
Student behavior:
The majority of our students tend to be high achivers
who excell in school, sports & activities. This IS NOT a program for "Troubled Teens" with behavior issues that require special handling.
The below-listed behaviors are unacceptable;
- Arguing with, or challenging the instructor in the car
- Becoming overly emotional and/ orirrational in reaction to the correction of driving errors
- Personal insults directed toward the instructor
- Not showing up for driving lessons
A vital point:
Our program is conducted with LOTS of extroverted personality, irreverant humor & unapologetic New York style swagger. If your son/daughter is offended by anyone with a personality, a sense of humor, or can't deal with anyone who's not exactly like them, or would prefer a deadly-boring, strictly by the book instructor that blandly reads from a text book, please consider a different program.
Selecting times for the IN-CAR drives:
It is extremely
important to carefully consider when the student is, and is not available
for the 6 IN-CAR drives. Once they are set-up and agreed-to (by you) they will have to be
stuck with.
Please thoroughly
check your student's school, sports, and vacation schedules so we can schedule the drives accurately.
IN-CAR drive procedure:
We stay on schedule with
with a high degree of accuracy. Student cooperation is essential
to assure that everyone gets their full drive time.
The students will be expected to be waiting
outside at the curb 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
