2.....FILL IT OUT (neatly please so we can actually read it)

PAYMENT: TOTAL FEE: $1175. (This includes the license testing)
If you use the
email option, please mail a check for
$300 to the above address within 48 hours.
The balance is due at the
end of the program.

Some Essential Points:
- Within 3 days of submitting your enrollment you will receive a confirmation package that contains everything you will need to know. It will contain: Information regarding the Parent Orientation Session. Getting the Learner's Permit. The schedule for the IN-CAR DRIVES, and how the DRIVES work. If you don't receive your confirmation package within 3 days, email us at: DriveEd@Gmail.com.
- It is essential that you read and understand the entire confirmation package. Unfortunately, too many parents fail to do this and it leads to problems, frustration, misunderstandings, and wasted time. (not good) These negative issues can easily be avoided by investing 5 minutes of reading, and a little cognitive effort.
- You need to understand that driver education is regulated by the Washington Department of Licensing and that
your son/daughter will be required to meet certain requirements such as: Completing the DRIVES within the specified time and attending the class on a regular basis. Too often, parents enroll their kids in driver education, then fail to make the commitment to complete it. You must accept the fact that doing the program will probably involve
not doing other things that the student would rather be doing. This will be the case at any driver ed program. Please do not enroll in our program without the required commitment to start and complete it.
- Our program is conducted with LOTS of extroverted personality, irreverant humor & unapologetic New York style swagger. If your son/daughter is offended by anyone with a personality, a sense of humor, or can't deal with anyone who's not exactly like them, or would prefer a deadly-boring, strictly by the book instructor that blandly reads from a text book, please consider a different program.
- When you fill out the section that pertains to when the student is/is not available for the IN-CAR DRIVES (which are separate from the CLASS) Give very careful thought to this. Once the DRIVE schedule is set-up and agreed-to, it will have to be stuck with. It is extremely difficult (and sometimes not possible at all) to make DRIVE schedule changes. If you think you will have to make many changes to the DRIVE schedule once the program starts, it might be best to consider a bigger company with more capacity than we have. (We are a very small company)
- Please make sure to fill out every line on this form, we need all this information. Incomplete
enrollments will be returned.
